My Birth Philosophy :
Every birth is the culmination of a natural and powerful
intimate experience. Women are powerful creatures that were
blessed to be the bearers of new life and their experiences
should be given the respect and love they deserve.
Some births are medicated, some are not. Some births require
medical intervention, most do not, but every woman should be
given the knowledge she needs to make the best decisions for
her and her family and her Doula should support the family in
those decisions regardless of her personal beliefs.
Every woman, no matter her situation, personal beliefs,
religious or cultural matters deserves a wonderful, supportive
birthing experience. As women, we never forget the births of
our children and we deserve to birth the way we
choose to with the support needed to do so. As a Doula, my
goal is to help you have the best birth for your family.
